Send your dates, group size and skill level. One planner from our Kyiv office on Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street picks up the request, checks transfer times from Przemysl, Kosice and Suceava against your arrival, and answers by email or phone. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid at this stage.

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Their direct email arrives in the first reply, together with the resort representative for the resorts you shortlisted.
Requests sent after 18:00 Kyiv time are answered the next working morning. Group enquiries of twenty or more also get a Ukrainian-speaking group leader confirmed in writing.

Callback and group enquiry
Two routes in. A short callback request for individual bookings, and a longer group enquiry for organisers travelling with twenty riders or more. Both land with the same planning team in Kyiv.

Skiing and snowboarding are activities with inherent risk of injury. Conditions change within a single day, marked runs can be closed without notice, and off-piste terrain is never covered by our service. Winter sports travel insurance is required for every traveller and must be arranged before departure, since we do not sell policies.
Every figure we show is a from price in euros or hryvnia, per person, based on two sharing. Subject to availability at the moment of confirmation, plus any resort tax, equipment rental, ski pass and travel insurance that is listed as excluded in the offer. A quote stays open for 72 hours after we send it.
Snow depth, lift status and piste counts are indicative figures we check each Tuesday, and they describe the mountain on that date only. Before you pay a balance, read the resort's own snow report and the local avalanche bulletin, because we cannot guarantee snow, weather or open terrain at any point in the season.
Transfer durations are estimates. Departures from Przemysl at 06:20 take about 4 hours 30 minutes to Zakopane, from Krakow at 05:45 about 3 hours 15 minutes, from Kosice at 07:10 about 4 hours, from Suceava at 06:00 about 5 hours 30 minutes, and from Chisinau at 22:40 through the night. Border queues, road closures and snow-clearing can extend any of them.
